NAB requested ambassadorial services of Joel Selwood to assist them in encouraging and engaging Auskickers (5-12yrs of age) to take part in the AFL Auskick program, whilst also promoting and endorsing the entire AFL pathway program.
By utilizing Joel Selwood as an ambassador, NAB has been able to amplify and bring to life the NAB AFL Auskick program & NAB AFL Rising Star program. This was achieved by Joel publicly endorsing both programs and having one lucky winner of the NAB AFL Auskicker of the year competition have Joel personally mentor them and have him come to their footy club to take a training session.
Joel’s connection with the NAB AFL Auskick program has attracted more children to sign up and participate in Auskick & more importantly develop a great connection with the AFL game. His association with the NAB AFL Rising Star program has encouraged young AFL players initiatives that supports young footballers from grassroots to the elite level.
